Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow

The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, you will be instructed to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Thus this technique can be called Vinyasa Flow, (or just Flow) because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.Three poses the are part of the "vinyasa" as noun, is plank, Chaturanga (reverse push up), and Cobra or Upward Facing Dog. There are many variations on these three poses so there is always fun to be had! So no matter if you joined class for the first time ever or you are a seasoned yogi (or yogini), you will find variations that will both challenge and excite you

Restorative Hatha

This class focuses on relaxation and deeper opening into each pose and spends more time (from 5-15 minutes) in each posture. This allows for breath work and alignment practice to be more of a focus than in a normal class. This class is great for all but is especially good for those with injuries, chronic pain, high stress, or physical limitations.
